Redefining the Word, Spontaneity

Spontaneity: I don’t know what the hell it means; I wasn’t even able to spell it without the help of google AI; however, I have come to realize that I am able to create for myself a new definition of any word, specifically tailoring it to me, from which I am then able to live as a point of self creation. So where do I start?

Each sentence I type is automatically crossed checked in my AI (read mind) and from this point, I see that my writing is not an act of spontaneity. However, it is an outflow of my self-directed intention - with the aid of my mind. Even the learning to spell this word, that I do in my mind is of a design. It’s called human intelligence, but it’s really just another form of AI called consciousness that we humans have adapted to and now claim to be, even though I am certain that we are able to be so much more. Jeepers creepers, when and if the time comes to begin plugging people into the Matrix to power a so-called new race of machines, there need not even be a war, because people will be lining up to swallow that blue pill - just dying to remain asleep within the dream of living. But that’s another story; unfortunately, one that I guess, too, has already been written, pre programmed within and as the design of this physical reality and dare I say, even the interdimensional one going way, way back, which interestingly is both inside and outside our little domes as the within and the without.

Is what I just wrote spontaneous? It is, at least a little bit with just a little help of the preprogrammed design of my mind. Furthermore, the part of myself that is directing the course of this writing, which keeps pushing  to stay on topic here rather than let myself go down a tangent branch of which there are so many. Like a huge tree with strong branches spreading upwords and outwords into and as innumerable side branches of roads leading off to oblivion, I stand ready to expand within and as the process of self creation. The key is to use what I am now, mind, being and body to change/create myself into and as something new that stand equally as one of what is best for all = the new.

As I have no reference for this word, spontaneity in terms of how to really live it, perhaps I will instead begin by recognizing what it is not, while keeping in mind (to an extent) that to participate as a human being in this reality requires a certain amount of compromise in recognition of the design of the structure of the system that keeps everyone and everything together in one place. “One place,” that is another huge branch of tangents that I would just live or love to go off on. My guess is that our globe is not even a globe, but a dome with a sun and a moon inside and enclosed into and as an “almost” separate reality, certainly a dimension of dimensions, which we define as physicality. I will talk more about this for sure because, as human awareness humans expands, I pick it up, too, and tend to investigate it. Nothing really spontaneous about this point though. In fact, I don’t see anything spontaneous about me at all; however, I did for the first time just learn how to spell spontaneous, which is an example of self direction. Herein, once again I see (in the small) that I am able to direct myself to learn new things and right now, I am focusing on designing into and as myself a new definition for living the word, spontaneous.

Spontaneous is not-moving within and as the pre programmed designs of myself, yet this is also not to say that I may not use such designs to imagine and create newly designed structures in consideration of the parameters that I’ve already established within and as myself in relation to existing here as a human equally as one with what is best for all within and as this physical reality. Thus, the possibilities and potential remain unlimited because that which is best or beneficial to all is also best or beneficial to myself and vise versa. In short, I now see that there’s no way I’m going to list all of what spontaneity is not, nor all of what it is. Therefore, perhaps I’m better off keeping it simple for now and taking baby steps into and beyond the waters that I am familiar with, to branch out, find and/or creating new pathways.

Yep, it is a lot said just to find myself staring once again at the same question, what is my new definition of spontaneity? The funny thing is that, whereas I always used to insist on the right to choose, I now see that not only does this right and ability seem to add complexity to my living, but it also definitely comes with  more responsibility. For example, I have a new espresso machine, but that doesn't mean that I can overdo it on the coffee without consequences. I have a car, a motorcycle and enough money to do something new, e.g., live the word spontaneity, yet this, too requires some responsible planning/designing how I am going to do this in consideration of the overall structure of the physical reality.  Hell, let’s just see what Google has to say. Spontaneity: the condition of being spontaneous; spontaneous behavior or action.: "she occasionally tore up her usual schedule in favor of spontaneity". See, even the AI (by itself) isn’t always going to have the answers and this here realization is my entry point of self-creation, wherein I utilize what I am right now as mind, being and body standing together as one from a starting-point intention to create myself in ways that are best for all parts of me. Which is to say definitively that, I come not to destroy the AI mind, but unite all parts of us in cooperating movements designed to benefit all equally as one, which is mathematically, logically, definitively and so on what is best for all.

Getting back to the topic at hand, usually on Sundays, I would get up and write as I am doing now and then go for a swim or a walk. However, while I enjoy these parts of my day, as they are both beneficial and fulfilling, they only fill about half of the day. After that, it’s almost like I usually go into a waiting mode wherein I’ll sometimes cook, have some wine and/or beer and entertain myself via the internet in the search for “more” information. Herein, I realize that this kind of behavior is neither beneficial nor “fun” as per my new design of fun which now requires benefit overall for me to live and express this word.

In short, fun, as I now define it is physical movement in ways that are beneficial to myself and my environment which are one in the same. Therefore, what is truly beneficial to myself is also going to be truly beneficial to my environment and vise versa. The reason I redefined this word in such a way is to improve the chances of remaining physically in this reality, kind of like realigning myself to a more healthy lifestyle so as to enjoy physically walking my process. See, I learn from my mind as a reflection of myself, while the my mind as myself learns from me as a being, while the physical body stands as an example and an  opportunity to understand how to live equally as one I stand of integrity.

Let’s look again at Google’s definition of spontaneous:
performed or occurring as a result of a sudden inner impulse or inclination and without premeditation or external stimulus.: "the audience broke into spontaneous applause" "a spontaneous display of affection". synonyms: unplanned, unpremeditated, unrehearsed, impulsive, impetuous, unstudied, impromptu, spur-of-the-moment, extempore, extemporaneous, unforced, voluntary, unconstrained, unprompted, unbidden, unsolicited, off-the-cuff.

That sounds like ecstasy to me, which reminds me of what someone once told me, that everything is by design. In the past, I interpreted this to mean that everything was already preprogrammed to play out. What I didn’t realize though was that, everything being of and by design also indicates that I/we are able to create  “by design”, new things or designs to be included within and as everything. Wow! I always thought “by design” referred to a past tense doing and done things that we were all tied and limited to. Now I see that, “everything is by design” indicates simply that, whatever I care to have included into and as the design of everything, requires simply that I design it as part of everything and live it into creation, creator creating creation.

I realize that I’ve written a lot about designing and creating before; however, I always did so from a somewhat corrupted viewpoint of feeling that I was being infringed upon by the current design, as though I were trapped by something out there rather than seeing, realizing and understanding that, as past, present and future, I/we are in all ways the creators creating creation. These words that I write may not make sense to some; however, when I look at the tree or three of me, I see that wherever I go I will always remain the same tree of life. Herein, the question is not what I will be, but who I will be as a design of life as a matter of the relationships that I create myself as. Thus it is for me to either remain as “I am” or to grow and expand beyond where I currently am to understand new possibilities and live to my potential.

Alright, let’s put this into actionable words as a design or definition that I am able to walk and live into self creation so I can move on to the swimming or walking part of the day.

My New definition of Spontaneous (a work in progress): unplanned ways that I move myself physically from a starting point intention to benefit myself as well as my environment by participating in new (to me) activities  for the purpose of expanding myself awareness and living expression. Haha! That was simple enough.

Herein, I forgive  myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to limit the definitions of what I do to that of what I’ve already done and considered to be fun, instead of gifting myself opportunities to expand to new expressions by way of living spontaneously (in consideration of the structure of this reality) wherever and whenever I am able.
Furthermore, I commit to practice living spontaneous/spontaneity/spontaneously from the starting-point intention to expand into and as the unknown to better understand my potential.

Redefining and Living the Word Responsibility - In Class Blog Writing

When it comes to taking responsibility, I have not usually appreciated or enjoyed the idea. Even though, I realized that by taking responsibility for something like getting a project done or working with people, that I would also be gaining opportunity to learn, I also felt pressure having to do something. It’s like, one day I would look at my future and think, I’m free to do as I please. Then the next day (having to be responsible for something), I would experience myself as tied down, pressured and no longer free to do as I please. For example, earlier this week I received an email from my boss indicating that he wanted me to (take responsibility) for writing some more online classes, MOOCS. Immediately, I started feeling as though I were under pressure. I agreed to do the writing and now it’s my responsibility to get it done by early next month. I will; however, I would like to change myself in relation to the word responsibility - from an experience of being pressured and tied down to a living expression making the best of this opportunity by doing the best I am able, herein living to my fullest potential.

Dictionary definition of responsibility:
Responsibility: the state or fact of having a duty to deal with something or of having control over someone.
My redefined or new definition of responsibility:
An opportunity to deal with, do for or do unto something or someone as best I am able in consideration of what is best for me and others.
How I plan to live my definition of responsibility
Firstly, in terms of writing these online lessons, I no longer view it as a burden or something that ties me down. Instead, I recognize being asked to write these new online lessons (and getting paid to do it) as an opportunity to do something I enjoy doing, writing, while also inputting a message into the world system. My message (in terms of artificial intelligence, the first MOOCS) is that … I will write about that. Furthermore, whenever the point or question of taking responsibility comes up, I commit to consider the opportunity associated with it. Herein, instead of experiencing myself as being tied down or having to do something, I will see myself as fulfilling that opportunity, which is a part of living to utmost potential.

Redefining and Living Words in the Classroom

Although I regularly get up in the morning and pick a word a word to express for that day, I have yet to expand my living-word vocabulary beyond 5 or six words. Let’s see, there’s joyful, joyfully interacting, excitedly engaged, interested and maybe one or two that just aren’t coming to me at this moment. Or perhaps it’s just four words and in looking at these words, I notice they’re pretty closely related, meaning there’s not much difference in how I actually live these words, i.e., their definitions are all grouped within my idea of joyful expression.

There is also the word, care, which I guess I have in word and deed embodied as a part of me or signature of who I am, how I relate to others, wherein it’s no longer required for me to constantly remind myself be caring. I have become that word and I am and I really thankful that I chose this word as my first word to embrace, understand and live as a doing in relation to people, animals that things.

So I guess it’s now time to expand my living word vocabulary. The only problem is, I’m not really an expert at redefining and living words. Furthermore, I’m not even that  motivated to do so. My solution (considering the position I’m filling in the world system), if you’re not really sure about how something works and you want to motivate yourself to be better at it, why not teach it others and learn it together? Thus begins my journey to teach while I learn, specifying myself while expanding my living-word vocabulary for the purpose of seeing, realizing and understanding my potential.

As I’ve said to myself many times before, I’m not here to redesign the wheel. It’s already been done and if there is a better design to be created, there are others out there who are probably in a better position to do so. Or maybe I will come up with some suggestions on how to streamline the process. Either way, I’m thankful there are already solutions, examples and lessons on redefining and living words which are available on the internet at SOUL, the School Of Ultimate Living on Facebook, Youtube and a soon to be created Homepage on the Web. Now, it’s simply a matter of deciding how to proceed in the classroom, introducing the process, teaching and learning while I teach. This where some experimentation comes in.

In the first week’s lesson (two weeks ago), “How do we create ourselves and our reality?” I talked about how we create ourselves and our reality as the words we think, speak and write. Then we watched the first twenty-five minutes of Introduction to the School of Ultimate Living. Then in the second hour of class, we all wrote blogs on the topic of What is the meaning of Life and What is my Purpose? Originally, I had only planned to do this with three of my classes. However, since students seemed more interested than usual (lol), I ended up expanding the lesson to six different classes during the week.

In the second week, last week I decided to present students with some scientific background in relation to the importance of words. Even though the Bible says, in the beginning was the word and the word was god (or something like that) and the Koran says in the beginning was the word and the word was creation (or something like that), I still felt that it was useful/important for me to also present students with a scientific basis for going into this topic. Thus for the second week of lessons, I explained my interpretation of the discovery that Russian scientists have made in relation to words and DNA. Then we read some of an article titled, Scientists Prove DNA Can Be Reprogrammed by Words and Frequencies. After discussing the article, I asked students to do the following:
In pairs:
  1. Choose one word that you would like to be more a part of your living. For example, if you often find yourself getting impatient with others, perhaps you could choose the word, patience. Or if you often find yourself feeling disinterested, you might choose the word interested or engaged.
  2. Use your smartphones to define the words and then add sentences to the definitions to fit into your life, friends, relations, etc.
  3. Note! Be as specific as possible in describing how you plan to live these words.
  4. Share your results in groups and with the class

Next week, I plan on watching another SOUL video. I’m not sure yet which one I’ll use; however, in consideration of attention spans, I’ll probably choose one that is not more than around sixteen minutes. Then after discussing the video, we will write blogs expanding on the words we’ve chosen. Specifically, in the introduction or first paragraph, we will look at and explain how we often experiences ourselves other than how we would like to be and then how each we would prefer to experience ourselves. Then in the next one or two paragraphs, I will ask the students to present their redefined word or words and specify how they plan to live and express that in relation to others for a whole week starting with sounding that word when they wake up each day.

Interestingly, even though very few of my students bring laptop computers to class, we still hardly ever use any paper. These days, instead of opposing the smartphone in the classroom, I embrace it as a useful tool (but not for playing video games in the classroom, lol) and students seem to enjoy writing so much more when they’re holding onto their smart phones.

So this is my plan so far for introducing students to redefining and living words as a way not only to create themselves, but also to practice English and become better writers in the process. Overall, I would say it’s a win win situation/process for all involved. Plus, whenever students write and post blogs in the classroom, I also write and post as an example.

The Simplicity of Redefining & Living Words

12792318_1574994569489215_7688645879383180301_o.jpg
On the subject of redefining words, I had had some difficulties because I attempted to make it too complex. In other words, I thought that I had to have a special/unique word for every moment of my day to precisely determine and define how I cared to express myself constantly and continuously.

Then, a few nights ago while walking in the park with my partner, I noticed that I was becoming irritated. At first, in beginning of that moment (of realization) I had already started to project or blame my irritation onto my partner for speaking. However, in that same moment, before the projection even reached her, I stopped it and brought it back to myself. It only took an instant for me to look into me (at the energetic point that I had defined as irritation) to see that the point  was actually of fatigue - having driven 7 hours that day - that had triggered the definition of irritation within and as me. Thus, all still in the same moment, it occurred to me to simply choose a different word, one that I would prefer to embody and live.

Whereas in the past, I might have spent time searching the perfect word and ended up missing the opportunity to actually change myself in that same moment; this time, I simply chose the the first correction that came up and it wasn’t just a word, it was a sentence, “walking in the park and conversing.” Still in that same moment, having simply said the words “walking in the park and conversing” and seen the sentence in my mind, I decided and committed myself to live those words and I did just that.

From an experience of irritation wherein I as my mind had been looking to project blame onto my partner,  I instead made the decision, who I would be in that moment, by choosing and stating the word (or words) to become and live. The key point that I realized in all of this (which I had been missing) was the simplicity of redefining and living words. In other words, I now see that it’s not necessary to complicate things with fancy words. Walking in the park and conversing is just that, walking in the park and conversing. Lol, I used to think that, in redefining words, I had to choose words such as joyful or jolly expression even though it was just a judgment of how I believed I should be and not necessarily how I really cared to be or even how I self-honestly saw myself as being.

In short, by determining or choosing the words that I cared to live, stating them and trusting myself to stand as and live wholly the words that I stated, I also released myself of the energetic definition of irritation. How? Because in wholly committing to embrace and live the words, “walking in the part and conversing,” I also wholly redefined who I was and how I would be in that moment, therein leaving no room of for the energetic definition/experience of irritation. In this simplest of moments, I realized that I am in thought, in word and in deed able to change who I am in a moment.

Although these days I sometimes take for granted being able to see my thoughts as they move, almost like me as the being, stopping time inside of me to look into me and see how things are moving in the mind consciousness system of my physical body, I am also quite aware of the process that I have been walking with Desteni.  For more on simply redefining words, have a look at the Facebook pages, Self and Living or School of Ultimate Living.

What am I Waiting for and Who am I - Part II

20170510_092348.jpg
What am I Waiting for and Who am I? Well, I’m not waiting anymore. As I stated in my last post, I’m letting go of my judgments of words for and as being defined by consciousness. Why? Because the human language as sound, energy, physical symbolism is of consciousness/ego of physical/man beings (or something like that), and as they say, you can’t change the playing field in the middle of the game. That being said, I am beginning to understand the benefits of redefining words to change how I live the words that I’m living, thus shifting myself (word by word) from a consciousness/system awareness based on polarized energetic experiences to a physical awareness based on physical expression.  Actually, I wouldn’t be surprised if one day I look back on my initial relation to redefining words and say, wow it’s so simple, why did it take me so long to figure that out? Perhaps, it is the simplicity of it that confuses me, lol.

So in letting go of the judgments of words so to get on with writing that I’ve been putting off due to the nature of the words (which I have been existing as), perhaps  I am now able to  begin actually changing the nature of the words I’ve been existing as, so to change how I’ve been existing =  change who I am. Btw, “who” and “how” are basically the same words as far as I’m concerned. In other words, who one is in relation to all is an outflow of how one relate to all. In other words, who I am (in totality) is essentially a measure of how I am in relation to all.

How do I measure or stand in relation to all, not as a judgment or comparison, but as a measure of my potential to stand as best I am able in relation to all? This is perhaps one of those questions that we might ask ourselves on regular basis, not as a judgment of the past, but as a question in the here and now of the present wherein the quest to live to our utmost potential is the answer that exist as opportunity in each moment to determine the next best step that one is able to make, and do so as a point of self creation. So I ask, how do I measure as a standing in relation to all at this moment, right now? Am I standing as best I am able right now in relation to all? Herein, the key is to realize that, we’re not going to realize our potential unless we push beyond what we thought we were capable of, beyond the bounds of our comfort zones, into the darkness and into the unknown. For me at this moment, this means letting go of the criticism and the judgments of my words as being less than perfectly correct, so to post them as another step in the direction of writing myself right to a standing of integrity in relation to all.
