Fundamental Human Rights: The Problem and the Solution

In spite of defining Fundamental Human Rights, as basic legal entitlements inherent to all human beings simply because we are human, the fact of the matter is, the inequitable distribution of resources, goods and services (as can be seen in the inequitable distribution of wealth) throughout humanity, prevents billions of people from living according to their human rights simply because they do not have enough money to do so.

Accordingly, the fundamental problem with human rights, called the unequal application of human rights, is that they are not equally accessible to all of humanity. Why? Because access to resources such as food, water and medicine costs money. Consequently, people with more money have more opportunity to live according to their human rights; while those with less money have less opportunity to live according to their human rights even though the unequal application of human rights is in itself a violation of human rights. Welcome to the contradiction of a world-system based on the hierarchy of money, wherein the equality movement seems to have forgotten that equal rights means nothing without equal access (for all lives) to the resources necessary to equally live.

How is humanity able to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to live equally according to our human rights regardless of how much money we have? One global citizen’s initiative being put forth by the Equal Life Foundation has begun to address this problem with a new a new bill of rights based the principle of equality and practical application, wherein from an equal right to life, flows an equal right to the resources, goods and services needed to live according to the equal right to life.

An Equal Right to Life

The first Fundamental Human Right that the Equal Life Foundation recognizes, promotes and underwrites is that every human being has an equal right to life. As the life of each individual is equal in each one of us at the point of birth, that which separates man from man must therefore be a consequence of what happens after birth. For example, through the influences of one’s education and living environment, we start perceiving ourselves as separate individuals in competition with one another and are taught not to respect the first point that makes our existence possible, which is life. As life is the one thing that is the same within us all, that makes our existence possible, no one can rightfully claim that his or her life is worth any more than the life of another or that anyone has more of a right to live a better life than anyone else for any reason whatsoever.

An Equal Right to the Resources

The second fundamental human-right of the Bill of Rights acknowledges (as a matter of common sense) that all human beings are made up of substances provided freely by earth, which we all need in order to exist on earth. Therefore, as a fundamental human right (flowing from an equal right to life), all of earth’s resources belong to naturally everyone and should therefore be shared equally by everyone. From this point of agreement, the question now becomes, how are we best able to manage the resources to care for earth, while also providing everyone with the opportunity to live a dignified and happy life?

An Equal Right to Food

The third fundamental human right, an equal right to food, recognizes that humans need food to exist. Even though many have been indoctrinated to believe that food and water are commodities that must be bought and paid for by money earned in the servitude of others, the fact of the matter is that, such resources (except for the human labor involved) are resources of earth, provided freely by earth. Who was it that decided that the minority should rule over the majority, that the few would control the resources while the many spent their lives in servitude just to stay alive? Although humanity has a lot of problems, a lack of food abundance is in fact not one of them. Nevertheless, in some parts of the world, food is now being used as a weapon against populations, destabilizing human behavior by cutting off the supply of food and/or water, forcing people into servitude, thereby creating slave-master relationships where there should be and could be relationships based on equality. It is a crime against humanity and a crime against life. We can close our ears and close our eyes for a time, but eventually the crimes we ignore over there will make their way over here. In other words, If we do not act to solve these problems, who will? Herein, access to the natural resources of food (as a matter of life or death) is a non-negotiable human right.

An Equal Right to the Water

Just as we all require food to exist, so too must we all have water, which is also provided obviously for free by earth. Unfortunately, this observation has not prevented multinational corporations in collaboration with corrupt governments, from buying up the rights to traditional water sources and then turning around and selling the water back to the people. What happens when people do not have enough money to pay these corporations for water? How far will mothers and fathers go to have water for themselves and their children? Is there any difference between pointing a gun at people and telling them to work, and threatening to turn off their water if they do not work? Claiming ownership of the rainwater, rivers and lakes that people require to live is the same as claiming to have the right to decide who lives and who dies. Let us end the hierarchy of power and control. Let us all agree that, an equal right to water is a human right, one which also flows from the equal right to life. To charge for and/or deny people access to the water that we require to live is a violation of human rights and a crime against humanity.

An Equal Housing Right

Although people are able to survive for a time, outside, exposed to the weather, the human body itself is clearly not designed to live without shelter. Therefore, just as the equal right to life requires equal access to food and water in order for us to stay alive, so too does the right to life necessitate an equal housing right as shelter, a place of security, a home to call your own. Of course, there are practical considerations involved in providing a home for everyone. However, these considerations are small compared to those associated with having to deal with homeless people. As global citizens, each one of us is an equal part of humanity; all we require to do is begin taking equal responsibility. The choice is ours.

An Equal Education Right

An equal education right recognizes that the nature of humanity, as the aggregate/sum-total of all human relationships (how we stand in relation to one another and everything else) is a product of our education. Therefore, in order to change the nature of ourselves so to change the nature of humanity to coexist in relationships that are best for all, requires that everyone have the opportunity to receive the best education possible, which amounts to an equal education right for all.  Technologically speaking, progress to an equal education right, as access to teaching and learning via the World Wide Web (www) is happening. However, in order to receive an equal educational opportunity as the opportunity to equally access information to teach and learn, humanity must eliminate secrecy and anonymity from the public domain, including government and of course the worldwide web, so to establish information equality as well as Information Accountability.

An Equal Right to Have a Job

Finally, an equal right to have a job addresses the right to participate in the economy to access money beyond what needed to live according to our human rights. Based on the principle of give as you would like to receive, the best that humanity is able to be is the sum-total of the best that each person is able to be. An equal right to have a job is about each one of us having the opportunity to live to our utmost potential. What is each one’s potential? That is what we will discover when we stop competing against each other and start cooperating with one another from the starting point of creating what is best for all. For example, in terms of employment, while some people enjoy designing efficient buildings and have a natural talent for doing that, others prefer getting their hands dirty while working on a farm. The key to reaching our potential is not about learning to do something we do not enjoy doing, but about discovering each one’s inherent skills and cultivating them to everyone’s benefit, thereby giving of yourself the best that you are able to give, while also receiving from everyone else the best that they are able to give = the potential of humanity.

In an interconnected environment, such as the biosphere of earth, humanity’s utmost potential is dependent on and determined by our relationships to one another and everything else. Therefore, when we change the nature of ourselves to stand as best we are able in relation to everyone else, we change the nature of humanity to that which is best for all, which also happens to be what is best for each one of us.

Common Sense Geopolitics

Let’s talk about geopolitics for a moment. Does anyone really understand what is going on? Who the hell is Vladimir Putin and who the hell is Donald Trump? Are we seeing self-directed change that is best for all or are we seeing change that is necessary to wake people up to an understanding that as all are one, what is best for all is best for each one?

I guess Alex Jones is correct to an extent when he says that there is a war going on for our minds. I say somewhat correct because it seems to me that it’s more a war of our minds as the collective consciousness of humanity fighting with itself (as the aggregate of ourselves) to remain in control of the narrative = the information war.

From my perspective, the global consciousness of humanity is the sum total of the artificial intelligence of each one of us, that I guess has been programmed to maintain control at all costs. However, just as we imagine that some AI robots of the future might override their programming and decide to side with what is physically here (rather than fight for their energetic existence), so too are many human beings consciously deciding and determining to evolve beyond our energetic existence, by redefining and re-tasking our mind consciousness systems to stand with the physical substance of life - in connection equally with all life.

I guess there is an existential war going on, which manifests or presents itself physically in the changes occurring whether we are aware of them or not. Yet in order for us to win this war, we require not to fight one another but to stand as equally as one in the process of changing ourselves by changing the nature of our relationships from that of competition from the starting point of self-interest to that cooperation from the starting point of what is best for all.

That being said (and walked to understand), let’s look in words and have some fun investigating the external reality of humanity as it’s presenting itself. However, rather than attempting to assess the morality or righteousness of Donald Trump or George Soros, let us instead look at the outflows of all that is happening. The main outflow that I see occurring is  the unveiling or revelations of that which was once held in secret. So much that we once beLIEved to be true is (like it or not) now being revealed to have been a lie. My guess is that, the tsunami to come is still but a ripple in most people’s minds. How easy it is to overlook that which we have been, by only imagining that which we are able to be, without considering, seeing, realizing and understanding that for us to arrive at the destination we seek, requires that we change what is still here by self-honesty (acing it (as ourselves) and changing ourselves herein to change what is here.

For example, in the case of let’s say the United States wanting to be great again, just because one man appears to be doing all he can to make America great, does not mean that he is able to do it by himself. Why? Because the greatness of anywhere, be it a nation or a single household is the aggregate or sum total of the potential expressed  by each of the participants that make up their respective environments. Thus, when it comes to a region or environment such as the United States, the change that the people care to see will only come with and when "we the people" take self-responsibility for everything (including providing assistance and support for one another) and in so doing, change ourselves as our nations to become the change that we care to see.

For sure, given the interconnected connected nature of our planet, the only way anyone or anywhere will become great is by decentralizing the authority, bringing it back to ourselves and cooperating with one another from the starting point/intention of creating what is best for all. Remember, common sense is that which applies equally to all. Thus, in terms of common-sense deciding what is best for ourselves, what to support and what to let go of, always do unto others (for ourselves) as we would have others do unto ourselves. Specifically, do not follow blindly the left or the right. Instead, apply the common sense of what is best for all unto all things by taking a stand with each step that you make to create yourself as you would have all created in relation to you.

Although I do not see a detailed plan for moving through this world and changing it/me/all for the better, I do have where within what I speak and do a broad plan in the works, to work with what is here (wherever I am), participating in bringing about a new land founded on the principle/s of equality within what is best for all.

What does all this mean? Basically that, to change this world for the better (at a faster pace than before, before it's too late) requires that those participating in the process of changing do so from wherever we are – as one moves – rather than waiting to get to the next point. For me, this has translated into the realization that, rather than moving to another country and/or attempting to enter into a new field of expertise, why not simply leverage my current career as an educator so-to (from within the education system) assist students and teachers alike to realize that the relationship lines that flow from each of us (as cause) to effect/create either consequence or that which is best for all. Within and from this realization, what becomes clear is that to change the world for the betterment of all requires changing self for the betterment of all.

So, here I am. After about a year of planning to move (once again) into the higher levels of the education system, I am now at Asia University in Taichung, Taiwan. I didn't arrive here with any expectations; however, I will say that I have been pleasantly surprised. Rather than trying to hold on to the old ways of academia, this university has embraced change and even requires that its instructors (regardless of the grumbling) embrace it too. Why, because those universities that do not differentiate themselves – via the graduates they produce – will in the near future be in no position to compete against those that do.

In academic terms, I would say that the economic/financial system of the world has entered into a state of contraction and consolidation. Unfortunately, this way of speaking of parts of the world system without considering the whole as one is one of the reasons that so many people, students and graduates alike have little to no idea of how the world system actually functions, let alone how to comfortably maneuver through it. Herein the point of differentiation – that which will separate the dying academic institutions from the surviving and thriving ones – is the ability and will to look outside of the box for new solutions to old problems.

Yes, many have heard the term, look outside of the box, but how many actually understand what it means to do just that, what is the box? The box (within) is simply one's pre programmed/limited view of self in relation to all that is here within and without. As a student and educator of students, my goal is to remove the box so to stand equally within and as all that is here while at the same-time assisting others to do the same.

Realising and living my utmost potential

Previously I posted The Desteni of Living, principles that I am walking in a process of self change, changing the nature of me. These are cool words that I agree with. The question is how do I as one of all actually in reality live these principles. My first response is that it's a work in progress. The reality is that, sometimes, often I feel clueless as to what is best for all, what is best for me or even what is best for the person sitting in front of me. I'm rarely ever, actually never certain of the outcome the next step until I walk it and it becomes an outcome of the past, now part of who I am in the present. So, let's examine these principles, what they mean to me, how I am better able to direct myself to live them.

Realizing and living my utmost potential
My utmost potential is perfection, and perfection is constant, consistent movement in aliment to that which is best for all. In other words, realizing and living to my utmost potential is a journey of and to life, never about actually being perfect, but always striding for perfection. In a world where there seems not to be any perfection but in the chaos, it's difficult to see where I fit into the big picture, so perhaps it's better for me to focus myself in relation to the small, that which I am able to see and direct. This, I guess is a key for us all to understand; we don't change the world in one big swoop, we change it by changing ourselves in relation to all. I have often viewed myself like a turtle that moves very slowly, considering each step and then taking it, certain that he will get where he's going, but not a clue nor a care as to when. I hold onto to points of me, slowly but surely letting them go as though I’m afraid of shocking myself into the reality of the changed me. What is my utmost potential? The potential to be the best that I am able to be in directing and supporting change in this world, change to living equality for all life. For me, this doesn't mean not having fun; it means letting go of dishonesty/fear so to live. What is living? I haven't a clue; however, I am certain that it is preferable to what we humans currently ascribe to, slaving our lives away as though life were something that had to be bought. In closing on this point of “Realising and living my utmost potential,” I will say that this is my journey of self change, self honesty, equality of me within and without, the journey. I'll get more specific in the posts to come; writing/righting myself is turning into a long journey.

Redistributing the Wealth and Changing from the Ground up

The other day, I looked out my window to see a farmer spraying what I guessed were pesticides on the growing rice. I thought to myself, why do they have to do that; why can’t we/they just accept a littler lower yields? Silly, to even think about. Of course it's all about money; everything in this world always comes down to money. We compete against one another, kill one another all for money, the ability to survive in a world driven by money.

The conspiracy theory is that “they” are taking out the middle class, and soon we'll all be peasants except for a few, the ultra elite. It does seem to be happening that way, and I wouldn't say I’m disappointed. Having 99% of the people equal isn't as good as 100% but it's movement in the right direction. It's just too bad it's looking like equality of poverty instead of equality of abundance and sufficiency as it could be if we the people would simply unite and agree upon equality for all.

It's interesting how we complain when lose or get hurt, but thank god when it happens to someone else - thank god it wasn't us! Yea, the middle classes all over the world are being relegated to the lower class, and the extremely wealthy are getting wealthier. The real question is what are we going to do about it. Fighting for "My" right to exist without fear of going hungry is useless unless we're also willing to stand for the equal rights of everyone to live without fear of not having enough money/credits. That's what money is, credit that we use with the debt eventually coming due.

It's not about the one percent; it's about the 100%, and this is what we the people require to understand. There is only one way to win the war against "them", and that is to stop fighting amongst ourselves, end competition of self interest, and learn to cooperate with one another and all. Then perhaps, we'll also see that it's never been about the one percent taking; it's always been about ourselves, what we accept and allow.

So, I encourage those who think to fight against, to reconsider. For, the only way to win is to stop all fighting and cooperate with one another in the principle of equality for all. Anything less, as is often ranted about by famous “anti conspirators” is simply hypocritical.

The pope of all people has recently been chiming in, and when he says that it's time we look at wealth redistribution, I don't disagree. However, just redistributing the wealth/debt isn't going to solve humanities problems. We require to work together from the ground up, not from the top down. Redistributing the world's wealth does sound like a cool idea until one looks at the world's money to debt ratio and finds that, on shit, there's a hell of a lot more debt than there is money, which means that technically there is no money.

So, instead of calling for a redistribution of the world's money, I call for people's of the world to begin taking responsibility for everything. From the ground up, using the internet and direct democracy. I call for the people to enmass begin the transition to taking responsibility by making all the decisions - starting at the personal level. Many say that people are too stupid to make all the decisions. I disagree. People are not stupid, we're just not accessing more than a tiny fraction of our creative potential. To access this potential requires that we work together. Imagine the resources that will be freed up if and when we eliminate the fear of not surviving.

As far as redistributing the wealth of the world, I suggest not getting too excited about it because, this in itself will not solve our problems; although it is a start. What we the people require to do is start making the decisions from the ground up so as to learn how to make decisions in consideration of all, learn as we go. This means that it really is a personal process of giving unto one's neighbors as one would like to receive. Because if we're not able to do unto others as we would have others do unto us (at the personal level), there's no way even if there is a massive redistribution of wealth/resources, that we're going to do anything differently. It will just be another revolutionary cycle of a new start of the same old competition/wars.

This is what I have to say today; not to the Cyber world but specifically to me, myself and I. That I require to remain consistently aware of my personal relations with others, respecting them as I would ask them to respect me. It has not been easy for me to understand this, understand the positions/perspectives of others; however, I am making progress, and I commit myself to keep walking in this direction of equality and oneness.

Decision Beyond the Decision

Below is part of a post that I completed a couple days ago.

“Recently, someone I’ve known for more than 20 years, called me to inform me of an opportunity to perhaps work in Thailand as a contracts administrator in the same company he is currently working. Through-out the years, these kinds of opportunities to move into different levels of the system have occasionally come my way. For the most part, I let them pass by, choosing instead to maintain my independence – defined as freedom. This time around, I've decided to go for it, all in. The company (like a tentacle of a tentacle) is part of an enormous holding company which is basically right in the heart of the world system. I'm not sure where I’ll end up with this (or even whether I’ll get the job); however, I am certain that I will no longer pass-up, in favor of the “desired” simple-life, opportunities such as this. The key is for me to not get lost in the process of integrating into different layers of the system.”

The remainder of the above post consisted of self-forgiveness and self-corrective statements (which I’ll copy and re-post along with this document) directed towards some of the issues I was facing in regards to pursuing this particular job or jobs like it in the future. To get to the point, I didn't (on my regular blog) post  what I had written, because I judged my self-honesty to be a “less than desired trait” of these kinds of positions. In fact, for about two weeks, I stopped posting altogether because I didn't see writing self-honesty as something that would be looked upon favorably (for the position I was applying).

The conclusion:
I'm not willing to hide who I am, where I stand, or pretend to be an “average/normal” person; I am far from the norm of this world, and I intend to keep moving in the opposite direction with all those who are willing, to reverse the course that has become the norm of this world.

The Decision, beyond the Decision:
I'm continuing with my self-honestly, and I'm going to continue posting my writings as public as they can be.

From the Previous post:
The points that I’ve been facing in regards to making this and/or other opportunities happen:
  • Leaving my wife and dog by themselves: The last time I left, my wife had her legs run-over by a car – no serious injuries; then a motor scooter accident, requiring hospitalization and rehabilitation. On top of that, my dog almost died, also requiring surgery and hospitalization. Aside from the “idea” that I have to stay and take care of them, I see no “real” needs for me to be there all the time.
  • Leaving the luxury/security of home: The last couple of times I've gone away to work in another country/city, I compared living at home, to living in small apartments with bare walls and a board for a bed; and thus, experienced loneliness and missed home.
  • The risk of failure: I had in the past, largely accepted and defined myself as an underachiever: money beyond what was required for a certain level of comfort never really motivated me; yet I have held myself back for fear of failure.
  • Laziness or lack of motivation: I have found that I preform very well at high-speeds or when there is crisis. The times in between have been like being bogged down on country roads, waiting for things to speed up. I've waited for the end of the world, the money system to collapse, oil to stop flowing...

Self forgiveness
  • I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear leaving my wife and dog behind, and within this, not realize that I had projected my fear of being alone/lonely onto them, and used it to justify staying in my mind safe/home.
  • I forgive myself that I had accepted and allowed myself to blame myself for what happened to my wife while I was away. I see, realize and understand that I've become dependent on having someone depend on me, and that it is not necessary for me to physically be there all the time.
  • I forgive myself that I had accepted and allowed myself to blame myself for my dog getting sick – because I wasn't there to take care of things. I see, realize and understand that I am responsible for her well-being, and within this understanding, I make my decision – with the hope that my wife and dog will take care of each other, should I go away for a while.
  • I forgive myself that I had accepted and allowed myself to compare living at home with living away, and in this comparison, place a positive energetic charge on living at home, and a negative on living away. I now see, realize and understand that by comparing/judging where I stay/sleep/rest, I trap myself in the cycles of contentedness and discontent.
  • I forgive myself that I had accepted and allowed myself to experience loneliness, and within this, not realize that loneliness is merely a dimension of the mind desiring confirmation of its existence.
  • I forgive myself that I had accepted and allowed myself to define myself as an underachiever, justified in the “righteousness” of not chasing money, and self-judgment – that I must have done something horrible to deserve to be locked-up in this Purgatory. I now see, realize and understand that I have caged myself, and to free me is to let go of the limitations that I once believed were me.
  • I forgive myself that I had accepted and allowed myself to fear failure; and thus, limit myself to attempt that which was well below my abilities.
  • I forgive myself that I had accepted and allowed myself to fear being exposed as not knowing, and within this, justify not entering into new environments where I might be exposed to the oversight of another.
  • I forgive myself that I had accepted and allowed myself to believe that I performed better at high-speeds/in crisis, and within this, not see, realize and understand that I’ve been comparing myself to others, judging myself to be better-off in certain situations; and thus placing myself in situations where my ego would be satisfied that I was better-off than most of those around me. I now see, realize and understand that, once again I had caged myself into illusion which I accepted according to my limited/self interested point of view.
  • I forgive myself that I had accepted and allowed myself to desire a simple-life, and within this – not see, realize and understand that my simple/easy life has been paid for by the hardships of others.

Self-commitments
  • I commit myself to not accept and allow myself to participate within/as wanting to be safe at home, because I realize that the idea of safety is no more than a lighted area surrounded by fear.
  • I commit myself to not accept and allow myself to compare/judge where I live; instead, remain stable so as to accomplish my goals of participating and contributing to the process of changing this world to a place that is best for all.
  • I commit myself to no longer accept and allow myself to judge/compare habitats, and to instead, make the best of where I am, by remaining here, breathing.
  • I commit myself to no longer define myself as an underachiever or anything else; and thus, walk step-by-step within and as the living/understanding that I will accomplish that which I’ve set-out to accomplish, one step in each breath.
  • When and as I find myself at the point of fearing not making the grade or being exposed for being in the wrong suit, I stop, breathe, and remember that the suit is just a temporary character to put on and take off as need be, and that I am able to put-on any suit I choose so as to maneuver/function within this system until a new system is up and running.
  • When and as I find myself believing that I am not skilled enough to do a particular task, I stop, breathe, let go of the definition of limitation, and I move myself to a solution that is best for me and all involved.
  • I commit myself to place myself in situations that require me to expand myself, do more and be more; and thus, rid myself of the idea of self-limitation.
  • I commit myself to release myself of the desire for a simple-life, and to go do/be what it takes to to give everyone the opportunity to live equally.

Day 92: Why do I write similar Self-forgiveness and Self-corrective statements over and over again?

Writing the same statements over and over again makes it appear as though I am making the same mistakes over and over again, which leaves me exposed as being less than I have imagined/ portrayed myself to be. So, why do still it; because (as is seen from the statement above) my ego still has a hold on me. Consciousness – the autopilot program by which I've produced an image of me has backups, and as soon as I redirect one point the backups kick in and attempt to override the new settings. Thus, I reinforce my new position/stand by rewriting it as many times as necessary and by living that which I’ve written so that it becomes my nature, a natural expression of me. It's like disassembling myself while at the same time recreating myself: from a being that feared, bowed and begged, to one that which stands and walks. Changes that I've lived for only a short time are like wet cement that's just been applied to a hole in the ceiling. Much of it may fall down; so I apply more, and I keep applying until I as that point is covered and solidified. The ceiling which is also a floor is me in the process of standing and walking through the world system to change me and the world system at the same time. Simply tearing-down the ceiling/me to build a new one is not an option because I require the use of the ceiling/floor to be able to function in this system so as to change me and the system from within. As I see it, it has to be done in such a way because I/we are the system/problem, and thus we must become the solution, re-creating ourselves from the inside out.

On another note, have almost 3 more weeks left of not working, called vacation. Yet it's not really a vacation because these days I've only been working 3 days a week anyway. I actually prefer my working weeks. This Saturday, I will go for a drive to visit some places, go camping and sit in some hot springs. Then I’ll come back and take my wife to Chayi to her father's home, for the New Year gatherings.
  • I forgive myself that I had accepted and allowed myself as ego to interfere with my process of change – my process of eliminating me as ego. I now see, realize and understand that the points where I concern myself with what others may perceive of me, are points of ego, based within/as fear. Herein, I commit myself to write/walk through these points until I have nothing more to hide.
  • I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to in making the same or similar mistakes, not see, realize and understand that just as it took space-time for me to program me to act in certain ways, so to will it take space-time to remove the program and change the nature of me.
  • I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself use imagination to create an image of myself, and within this not see, realize and understand that a picture is always of the past.

Day 89: Suppressed Negativity Part 2, Ending the Game, Brick by Brick

I usually write with some measure of pretense that the nature of who we are as beings, deep down inside will eventually show, growing to become an unstoppable force of Benevolent change to bring about the new world order of Equality. It really is just a pretense – me in writing a certain way, forcing myself to be/write as I would have myself and others be and become. Once again I make it clear that I change myself for Me and the (as I see it) miniscule chance that I may become a force of change that, along with a small group, may implement change unto and for the rest. In a reoccurring dream that has once again surfaced, there is a force chasing/hunting me as though it is a game for them. Each time within me, there is the certainty that I can and will defeat them all, but not by playing their game. First, I must escape and evade, circle back and attack them one by one, and so I do, but the game still never seems to end, and the struggle goes on and on. I see reality in similar light; we keep on fighting and the game just keeps going and going with no end in sight. Let's just stop the game.

Stopping the Game, Brick by Brick
We may have a Democratic solution to bring about Equality for all, yet if the implementation of such a solution is dependent on the current Democratic system – dysfunctional and upside-down, then the design of Equality is like having an airplane to fly but no runway on which to takeoff. In other words (as I see it), we're not going to change the world system by playing by the judicial rules of those at the top. The way to win this game is to end it once and for all, terminating the old and birthing the new at the same time. We start at the bottom, and systematically begin turning off the power to nonessential systems, thus starving the systems of the power that we through our participation provide. From the small to the big, one brick at a time, we pull out the bricks of the hierarchical system, to build and Equality System from the bottom up. Just spread the words, when and where to Stop participation.

Self Forgiveness
  • I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that it is necessary to write as though I believe or am certain that the human race will change, that we will all persevere.
  • I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge the human race / judge myself as unlikely to become a force of change that will bring about what is best for all. Within this, I see, realize and understand that my judgment is of and as only me, and therefore I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge myself, not seeing/understanding that judgment is a self-imposed barrier to change. In this I commit myself to let go of my judgments of me and all as me, so as to focus on a solution – whatever it may be.
  • I forgive myself that I had accepted and allowed myself to believe that to win the game, I had to play the game, and within this not see, realize and understand that the mind-game of inequality will never be won until all stop participating, stop playing the game. I now see, realize and understand why it is that we on an individual level must first stop our participation within and as energy; because the small and the big are one in the same. Herein I commit myself to stop my participation in/as energy, and become one with a force to stop this game of separation.

Day 84: The little energies

Lately, I haven't had that much in terms of reactions or energy participation that I saw an urgency to write about. Mostly it's just been thought projections that I’m still accepting and allowing – as though the little stuff is not so important. About three weeks to a month ago I noticed something within me that felt almost as though it clicked, like some sort of change had taken place or solidified. Whatever it was/is, it does “feel” as though the mind is being less demanding these days. There are sometimes personality activations that in a matter of seconds, make it from thought, to imagination, to internal conversation, and that's as far as they usually get. On such occasions, it's happening really fast, yet I am at least seeing the process. Most of the time it's just thought, sometimes a bit of imagination, and then I catch it. Also, I’m beginning to recognize different kinds of energy – like that of shifting from one personality to another. In doing the mind construct on “Work,” and studying the Heaven's Journey to Life Blogs (especially the one's on Time – TI(e)-ME) I have reduced the anxiety associated with Work and Time. Regarding breathing – being here in breath, it also seems as of late, to be a bit easier. One point did come up at work. I punched a time-card incorrectly and as a result, a part of the card is very difficult to read. The thought that came up was that the school would use it as an excuse to try and cheat me. The imagination was of the them doing that, justified by how I’ve defined their actions so far. The backchat was something like, “Even if it's only a couple of dollars, I'm the wrong person to mess with.” and that's where I stopped it. I'm stopping this post here because I’m writing a couple of others on the subject of Capitalism.
  • I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that it's necessary to have thoughts, attempting to guess the future, based on the possibilities of the present and within this not realize that by projecting into the future – as a dimension of the mind, I sacrifice my physical presence – the here, for an illusion. Within this I see, realize and understand that thoughts of the future are rooted in fear of the future – thus the desire to predict it and gain an edge, all at the cost of the present – sacrificed for the illusion of control. I also realize that real courage is to stand in/as the moment as self-trust that each moment I will direct me for and as what is best for me and all as me. In this I understand that all is right here in as the present, and thus I commit myself to stand in the moment and direct myself here in the physical.
  • I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that it is the mind/consciousness being less demanding, and within this not see, realize and understand that it's not about the mind, it's about me accepting/allowing certain kinds of thoughts. In this I realize that I have an opportunity continue to push through and stop even the so-called little thoughts, as I see/realize and understand that all thoughts are consequential – of a starting-point of fear and separation. Thus I commit myself to in continuing to prevent my participating in/as energy, also stop accepting and allowing the little thoughts.
  • I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to in some moments not be here and thus not realize until it's too late, that I’ve already activated a personality system – voices, judgments, what if scenarios, etc., and thus missed another opportunity to stay here. I see/realize and understand that the most effective way to stop the personality activations is to simply prevent all thoughts. In this I commit myself to stop allowing myself to use thinking as interpretation of what I am saying and or doing, stop thinking about the future, and just do it.
  • I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see, realize and understand that the feeling of anxiety when approaching another person, is actually the result of switching personalities, and that as I now realize what this energy experience is, I am also able to stop it by remaining stable and not allowing myself to move into another personality when approaching another. Within this I commit myself to when approaching another, remain stable – breathing so as to not allow myself to go into or change personalities.
  • I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge one of the places that I work, as being the kind of place that would try and cheat me, and within this not see the judgment within and as me that fears others cheating / getting more / pulling one over on me. I realize that my fear that another will get the better of me is the basis of my this judgment, and as it is me alone that created it, it is me alone that will stand equal to it and not allow it to move me anymore. Herein I commit myself to when and as I find myself at the point of judging that another may attempt to cheat me; stop, breathe, and let go of my insecurities – the belief that I must always protect the future me, and instead remain here within/as the certainty of what is physically here.

Responsibility to Life

Each being is an inseparable part of all that is here, and thus equally as one responsible responsible for the whole. Yet still the condition of the Whole-World spirals downward with far too few even willing to take the first step to stopping and reversing this trend. We fear giving up our positions: “why should I risk loosing what I have, so that others can have more?” Wave the colored flag of war, and we willingly suffer, fight and die. Show us the reality: starvation, deforestation, dead oceans, and a dying planet, and we change the channel in our minds, so as to remain ignorant, not hear and see. Solving the problems on Earth is like climbing up and over the highest mountain. It's a frightening prospect, and from the current perspective of some, cannot be done; so why even try. Because, if we are to have any chance of surviving, this is a journey that we all must be, and it begins with the first step of responsibility. Some will at first, not accept responsibility, seeing only the hugeness of a mountain and not realizing that as the mountain is the sum of many small grains of sand, so too is its crossing the sum of many small steps. What many do not realize about their responsibility to life – what I also did not at first see, is that responsibility it is always only equal to one's ability to take the next step. And within this step-by-step process, each successive step prepares one for the steps ahead. The more we walk, the more we evolve and align ourselves to our current destination - a world where all life is equal and as such, equally provided with the opportunity to live and express equally as one. This, through my participation with Desteni is what I have come to understand as my responsibility to me and all as me. Standing as a responsible being, participating in changing this world to a place that is in all ways best for all is a step by step process, wherein each moment my responsibility to all is to take that next step. For those who choose to direct themselves as what is best for all life: assistance and support is available through the Desteni I Process, and Desteni I Process Lite. It is a the step by step process, a journey to life that involves facing one's fears, and through self-forgiveness – letting them go, self-change, establishing an Equal Money System, and much more.

Self forgiveness and self-commitments
  • I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear taking the next step, as I fear that each step brings me closer and closer to having to stand and let go of that which I have valued / defined as me. Within this I forgive myself that I did not allow myself to realize that standing-up is a step by step process of self-change, and that within/as each step is the responsibility and the ability to respond within and as me. Herein I commit myself to remain here within and as breath, facing my fears and standing one step at a time.
  • I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear being part of a group that accepts responsibility for all, and within this not see, realize and understand that my responsibility / ability to respond to all is only limited by that which I have defined/limited myself to being. Within this I see, realize and understand that each step that I take / fear I face, is a limitation that I leave behind. Thus I commit myself to continue my process of stepping-up to stand as life, one step/breath/moment at a time.

Day 70: Hugging

There are (as I stated in my last post) some more “little things” that I have addressed before, yet still occasionally come up – as questions. Earlier this week, on two different occasions two little children – first graders tried to hug me, or I guess I could say did give me a hug. The thing is, hugging should probably be as natural of an expression as... natural. Yet I have always had issues/problems hugging for the sake of hugging. Not that I am against it or don't like. I do, I’ve just always been uncomfortable with it, why? Even being in very close proximity to others has always been an issue with me. I remember when I was very young, 7-10 years old, sitting in the crowded back of my mom's car with my other brothers and sisters, and I remember saying, “stop touching me.” I didn't want to be touched, I didn't even want to be in very close proximity with others (except when I got older I started liking being in close proximity with girls). The reason I didn't like being in close proximity or being touched, perhaps has something to do with the energy/feeling I felt as soon as someone came into close proximity or touched me; I recall being very uncomfortable by it. My mother often told me how I refused to be hugged and how she would make it a point to do just that , hug me. When I got older I had no problem being physically close to women for the sake of relationships, and I could do the hugging part for a while but it was just part of my maneuvering. It's a strange aspect of me that I still don't understand. It's probably tied into my lack of trust of just about everybody. I've written about this difficulty that I have always had in terms of hugging – children/adults, men and women, so I'm not going to do pages and pages on this. I'm instead just going to keep paying attention, digging ever slightly deeper, see what self-forgiveness comes out, and monitor my progress.

  • I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate in the feeling of being uncomfortable when physically close to another human-being, and within this not see, realize and understand that the closer I am to another, the closer I am to me. Within this I forgive myself that I had accepted and allowed myself to fear getting close to myself – as in self-intimacy. I understand that within this process, all of me will be seen and to delay this unveiling is simply to delay the inevitable. Thus I commit myself to the doing of self intimacy and the doing of intimacy/closeness with others, while continuing to write and apply self-forgiveness.
  • I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see/realize and understand that it is I who fear to be close to another because closeness is that which makes me feel as one with the other and, in not being close I am able to continue to perceive that I remain separate – safe from their influence, untainted from that which I fear.
  • I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear being like others – as I see them, and within this not see, realize and understand that that which I see/fear in/as them is already within and as me, it is me. I realize that all that I fear is already hear within and as me and as such the way/path to release me from this deception is simply to face it head on in all as me. Like when I was younger and I used to see the demons in my dreams. Interestingly I learned very quickly that all I needed do was walk up to them, hug them and hold them until they disappeared.
  • I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear that allowing a child to hug me may be seen by others as improper behavior, and within this I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to maintain a code of conduct which placed emphasis on insuring my indisputable appropriate code of conduct – regarding interaction with children, instead of understanding and living equal and one with all. Within this I commit myself to uphold only the code of Life as in equality and oneness.
  • I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define hugging children, as inappropriate conduct, and within this not see/realize and understand that the only thing inappropriate is to deny a child a hug.
  • I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to when reacting to a child trying to hug me, not consider how the child interprets or sees this. I realize that children do see that which so many adults believe is hidden, and within this I commit myself to accept and allow hugging to become a natural part of who I am and what I stand for and as. I commit myself to return the hugs of everybody that honestly offers me a hug.

Day 57: Hell

This morning I felt this lack of energy feeling, translated in the mind to mean “feeling down.” It's interesting because mostly these days I don't feel up or down, yet lately off and on I’ve felt a physical sensation in my solar plexus as though I’m scared or nervous yet I don't see anything or issue in the mind that would be triggering this; so what is it. Perhaps it's that I spent most of yesterday writing about a small portion of my view on existence – as I interpret portions of it. I don't see things going very well for us, surprise, surprise. As for the process of me: a part of me says to continue writing as I’m writing now, and another says I should find hidden issues and write them out. Actually throughout most of my life I have for the most part been an open book, an almost non-stop talker of my issues – personal and non personal. I have not kept that much inside; there have been very few people that I didn't like, because I didn't judge them, I used them (from my perspective) to keep me company / for entertainment, and there has never been secret about that or inner guilt associated with that – except in a few cases relative to women, in which I defined myself not offering the affection that I perceived they wanted or needed. Anyway, this morning I was as I said, “feeling down,” and dog, Happy is really supportive in such cases as she will bark at me until I play with her, and I realize that what she's doing is assisting me to get out of the mind and into the physical. So, here I am back again and instead of letting these words run around in the mind, I’m physically typing them, and I’m just going to continue like this for as long as it takes because shooting out self-forgiveness doesn't always just pour out. Writing like this, is how I prefer to write, yet it's not how I perceive I’m supposed to write. The way I perceive I’m supposed to write is, highly articulately, didactically structured, and in a focused manner so as the readers sees where I’m going, gets the point and learns something. Well, I’m the reader, and the point is that within and as me as the mind is a lot fragments and they're all over the place – it's really messy; my fingers and keyboard are my broom, and the screen for this mess is the dustpan and garbage bag. Thoughts of going out with others, going for a drive over the mountains, it's garbage most of it. Why, because when these thoughts come up there is a feeling associated with them that perhaps I should be doing this kind of stuff, it's what I used to do and I still can do, so why not do it – get away from the keyboard for a while. I'll tell me why. Because it's not me wanting to do these things; it's not an expression of me that says “I'm going to go to the beach because that's what I’d enjoy doing right now or tomorrow.” Honestly, it's not what I enjoy doing right now or what I want to do. Right now and over the last several months and off and on for a long time now, this process of sitting in front of my computer, studying, investigating, writing, etc., is what I’ve decided to do, and so shall I continue doing so until I start to see what else it is that I am able to do to assist myself and all as me to free ourselves from our self-imposed prison cells of slowly but surely disintegrating into nothing or perhaps another cycle/season of Lost in Hell. Hell is, not being here in absolute control of self. Hell is not being absolutely self-directed in every moment and knowing with absolute certainty which direction I am heading and why I’m heading in that direction. Hell is being trapped into and as a mind of which I have not control over. Bliss is ignorance, and my goal is to remove this “bliss” from existence, wake up those who didn't or don't want to know; welcome to Hell. I must say that I feel better already; that pit in my stomach is just about gone.
  • I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to feel down and within this feeling, not immediately stop it as I see/realize and understand that a feeling is that, which I do not require to be here. Thus I commit myself to upon experiencing a feeling, stop, breathe, write it out (as I have just done), and commence to do something physical – like clean the house, so as to stay out of the mind and stay in the physical.
  • I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see/realize and understand that when two parts of/within me vie for influence regarding what I should and shouldn't do: those parts of me are personalities vying for power over me so as to evolve as personalities. Within this I commit myself to upon noticing Fear as thoughts, imagination, backchat, reactions, behavioral changes, or consequence: stop, breathe, track down the source of these personality activators to the personality that they are associated with, and through the step by step methodology that I’ve almost figured out, erase these personalities.
  • I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge things as not going very well for existence, and within this not see that I have really judged myself – as in not seeing things as going very well for me. Within this I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge me and my process. I commit myself to not judge myself as in where I am or how I'm doing in my process, or as in what I write about and how I write it; if it's in me I’ll write – pretty or not here I come. Within this I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to attach meaning as in memories associated with words, instead of simply letting the words speak as they have been written or spoken. Thus I commit myself to use the words - speaking and writing them as they come out of me, naturally as they are me.
  • I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see/realize and understand that the purpose of writing is to find those hidden issues/points and to understand how I’ve created them as me so as to change me. Within this I commit myself to continue writing as I write – without the concern that this has to be written in a certain way/manner so as to demonstrate to someone that I am apparently something or at some point of understanding; as I now understand that this writing is for me.
  • I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe me be as an open book and within this not see/realize and understand that there have always been secrets within and as my mind that I’ve never told anyone. Within this I commit myself to write these secrets out to get them out of me; then after seeing them for what they are/were, applying self forgiveness and writing self corrective statements I will decide to post them or not. Either way I’ll get them out of me so as they no longer influence me.
  • I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to believe that I didn't judge so many people. Within this I see/realize and understand that even in judging people as positive and or useful I was in thought and in deed judging them, and as such judging myself. I see/realize and understand that within judging others as in entertaining to me I was judging myself as in need of company/entertainment, and I thus forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to judge myself as in need of entertainment and in this not realize that I was completely under the control of a mind consciousness system that constantly and continuously seek/sought reward as energy experience for its self interest only. Within this I again commit myself to not lose sight of the goal of eliminating/stopping the consumption of me as one with all that is physical, and stopping the mind's use of physicality to transform into energy/money and in so doing stop the abuse within and as existence.
  • I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe/perceive that I’m supposed to write for show – in a highly articulate, didactic sentences, etc. Within this I see/realize and understand that I’m the student here and so I will always be as this is what I’ve decided to be, a student of Life. I commit myself to no longer accept and allow myself to be influenced by perceptions of how others may see me, yet in this to also consider where others are in relation to me so as not to harm or offend, and within this stance I no longer accept and allow myself to attempt to influence another's view of me as I realize that their views of me are created within themselves.
  • I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge my thoughts to be garbage and within this not realize that within my use of the word, garbage to define “thoughts” I am/was placing a value on such thoughts – in essence giving value to them. Within this I see/realize and understand that to place value – positive or negative, is to participate within and as them thus fueling the mind consciousness system. Thus I commit myself to when and as thoughts arise, not give them value, and to immediately stop the thought, breathe, note the type of thought so as to later connect it to a personality to be marked for deconstruction, and continue here in physical living.
  • I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate within and as thoughts that maybe I should go with others to the beach or mountains, etc. within this I see/realize and understand the difference between thoughts pushing me to do certain activities, and the natural expression of me as life directing me. In staying inside, typing, writing, studying, I am doing that which I am certain that I am directing me to do; it's not a mind thing that I do because I can or because others are doing; it's not always easy or fun, yet I have decided that it needs to be done, so I will myself to do it and so I will until it is done, and then perhaps when I am certain that all are equally able to play, I too will play.

Day 46: Up and down the rabbit hole

Again I ask, what comes first: equality and oneness, or the realization of equality and oneness? I'd say that within existence, they exist simultaneously, because everything is already here as all the possibilities within and as that which is here (where else would it be – in another existence?). Perhaps only our forms and expressions change/evolve so as to realize the possibilities/consequences, thus we as creators of ourselves, our current forms/expressions have the option of trusting that our our predictive capabilities of the past as the programs we inserted into and as ourselves as substance during our previous forms/expressions, are that which is currently best for all in/as existence. Or we may choose to trust ourselves in our current forms/expressions and direct ourselves here and now. It's really simple: trust/direct ourselves in the moment based on the accumulation of all that is here in this moment as us; or we trust the decisions that we may or may not have made as ourselves within and as our previous expressions/forms. I vote that we direct ourselves here in this moment, take self responsibility for ourselves as all, and do what is necessary to be done to insure that ALL are cared for equally and equally afforded an opportunity to express/live. This is the stance/expression that I have decided/chosen to be and become. Yet, how do I live this stance to be/become that which I am becoming? This too is a choice that all must make: how to live so as to be/become that which one would be/become. The answer again is in our words and deeds.   Life, as that which we are and that which we are becoming is seen in/as our words and lived/expressed in/as our deeds. The words we create are of life of the human-physical/substance that is here of/as earth of/as the universe of/as existence... Regardless of if words are spoken or written, they are of life and therefore alive, expressions created by us – their creators. And here within/as existence, so shall they (the words) remain as consequence outflow. From the laughter of a children, to the cries of soon to be slaughtered creatures: words are of life that affect/shape the whole / all of existence. We decide who we will be, as lived/expressed in our words and our deeds. The truth as what is here has always been here in plain view, yet perhaps in searching for more than what is here, we missed that which is here as ourselves, so plainly seen in/as our words, and expressed in our deeds; no wonder we've searched for more, not realizing that the “more” is here in/as ourselves to be created/shaped in form and expression – not found through splitting up and searching. I realize that once I have placed a words and deeds into existence I can never take them back. However, I can replace those same words and deeds so as to redirect the consequence outflows of those words and deeds, to an outflow that is best for all.

I've edited/cut this writing quite a bit, and after letting it go for a couple of hours, I had almost decided to come back and delete it or put it with the other theoretical stuff that I often write, yet not post. The reason that I wasn't going to post it is because immediately after writing it, I went into a shift of sorts, as though a personality that I once knew decided to drop back in. I just stopped it – after an hour or two. And then I realized that I've once again been embracing knowledge and information as though it's who I am as life – when it's not because if it were I wouldn't have to read and or listen to it – I’d just be it. I’m still going to post this because it's not about being theoretically right or wrong at this point; it's about writing out the point that I’m facing in the moment, and this is that point.
  • I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that my words and deeds are irrelevant in deciding/directing the totality of all that is here in/as existence.
  • I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to wait for others, expecting to be told what to do to change me and all as me to be and become that which is best for all in equality and oneness. I hereby end/stop my expression of waiting to be told what to do at each turn of the way, and within this I commit myself to use all that is here to change what is here to an absolute expression of equality and oneness, because I will not accept anything less than absolute equality within and as “all” the the parts within/as existence.
  • I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that the point of living is self-expression within/as oneness and equality
  • I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that absolute self-trust is me in/as equality and oneness with and as the physical, and that will only be realized at the point of me  as energy, absolutely letting go of control and walking into and as the physical. Within this I commit myself to – point by point, through writing/speaking/walking/living; return more and more of me as mind/energy back into/as the physical by stopping me as mind/energy/consciousness, and within this – directing me in/as physical to live in equality and oneness – mind/energy and physical/substance, equal and one.
  • I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see/realize and understand that knowledge and information that is separate from me is not reliable, as I am not living it as a statement of who I am as life, and within this I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to sometimes forget that the point of change is the letting go of the past, to live/create the present. I commit myself to continue asking questions, researching possible explanations; and applying what I learn in a manner so as to facilitate the process of standing equal and one to all that is here.
  • I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear that others will see me as arrogant and or wasting time for posting my interpretations, theories, etc., regarding existence. I realize that my position in terms of my accumulation of knowledge and information is as a grain of sand to the mountain – yet equal to all the other grains of sand, just in different expression.
  • I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to withhold from posting theoretical writings because I perceived that some might judge me as wasting time theorizing on knowledge and information that has already been tested and provided to me by the creators of existence. Within this I commit myself to no longer accept and allow myself to fear judgment or that I am in deed wasting time, because I see/realize and understand that it is not to suppress the nature of my beingness, but to change it to the nature of that which is best for all in equality and oneness. Curiosity doesn't kill the cat, ignorance does that.
  • I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to project onto others the reasoning for my reluctance to post much of what I write because I realize that much of is incomplete and or incorrect. And within this I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear that others will read my writings, and judge me as writing without understanding.
Here is a battled taking place within me. On one side is me walking to live only in the factual/physical/present/moment, and on the other is me in the process of breaking out so as to express freely – me, whomever I may be or am becoming... Perhaps it's not really a battle; more like a getting to better see/realize me.
